About your Aromatherapy or Swedish Massage

About the service.

I offer a visiting Aromatherapy & Swedish massage service throughout Central Scotland. I cater for ladies, gents and couples at their place of choice, this can be either their home or if traveling, their hotel room. I cover most of central Scotland with no expenses added for travel or time, please click here to check. I also cater for Corporate events and Pampering evenings, contact me for details. I also offer Massage tuition for couples who would enjoy the pleasure of massaging each other.

About the massage.

On my first visit after booking your Massage we will have brief discussion regarding your general well being, you may have already have completed the medical consultation form if booking your massage online. If you have any doubts regarding receiving an aromatherapy or swedish massage, please consult your doctor.

At the time of your massage I bring along a massage couch and towels for your modesty (unless you prefer to use your own) as well as the necessary essential oils which will be used. Before the massage begins it is advisable to drink a glass of water and remove all jewelry.

For the massage itself all you are required to do is lie on the couch, completely relax and enjoy your massage. The massage will last approximately 45mins to 1 hour.  The areas of your body massaged will include your back, shoulders, neck, arms, legs, abdomen and feet can also be included if asked for when booking.

After the massage is complete you might prefer to relax for a short time on the massage couch before getting back on your feet. Over the following 24 hours it is advisable to have regular drinks of water to aid the removal of toxins from your body.
